Back pressure in your exhaust system and what damage it can do to your turbocharger.
The most common issues with turbocharger failure would be caused by back pressure. What can happen is the exhaust system usually gets blocked and causes back pressure on the exhaust side causing the turbocharger to thrust (It starts causing lines and the shaft to touch the heat shield and barring housing). It can cause the ring roof on the turbocharger to start leaking oil causing smoking, excessive oil use depending on how bad it is. We do recommend taking a look and seeing if there is a fault if your vehicle is smoking it can be from the turbocharger.
